Tuna: The Star of the Show


This week’s recipes serve as lunch, dinner, or a healthy snack. Yes, recipes. In collaboration with Entre Dicas, we have put together two Zumub super products so you can enjoy a delicious and nutritious calorie packed meal, in a total of 3 different combinations! But without further suspense (because you probably already read the title or came from one of our social networks), here are the recipes: Tuna Wraps, Tuna Toast or Omelet!

Some details about the main ingredients:

  • Tuna (in water, oil or olive oil): Very practical and ready to eat, just open the can and enjoy: alone, with pasta, in a salad or… in a wrap or toast! A source of lean protein that also delights those who don’t eat meat. Not to mention that it is rich in Omega-3 and contains no additives or preservatives. A 100% natural wonder.
  • Wraps: wheat flour and protein blend make these flavor circles high in dietary fiber and protein and a great source of energy. But don’t worry, with everything that’s good about them you must be wondering if there’s the same amount of bad, but no: our wraps are low in saturated fat. Heat them up in the microwave or in a frying pan and serve with something salty or dare to try something sweet. Convenience, variety, and nutritional quality at a glance!
  • Protein Bread: 11g of protein in each slice that will help you meet your daily protein intake goal. And as if that wasn’t enough, our bread is rich in dietary fiber and enriched with black flaxseed, wheat germ, golden flaxseed, and sunflower seeds. Perfect with… almost anything! Butter, jam, pâté or as the base of a nice toast or sandwich.
  • Egg Whites: All the potential of eggs without the unnecessary fats that yolks bring. Our egg whites have 10g of lean protein and 50 kcal per serving, without additives or preservatives. Forget wasting time separating yolks from whites and wondering what to do with the yolks: this convenient package is ready to use!

You’re probably already saying “Yes, yes, all very nice. And the recipes? That’s why I came here!”. We know, we know…, but look, it’s important to know what our food is made of… at Zumub we care about that. But without further ado, here it goes!

Solid Tuna
A practical, delicious, and high-protein solution.


Tuna Wrap 🌯



  • Heat the wrap for 10 seconds in the microwave or in a frying pan
  • Spread the cream cheese
  • Place the sliced avocado
  • Place the tuna
  • Place Cashew nuts

Tuna Toast 🥪



  • Toast the bread slice (optional)
  • Spread the cream cheese
  • Place the tuna on top of the cream cheese
  • Place the egg: you can “fry” it or bake it
  • Season with oregano to taste

Tuna Omelet 🍳



  • Place the egg whites in a preheated pan and season with the garlic
  • When the omelet looks almost cooked, put in the slice of mozzarella
  • Place the tuna
  • When the omelet looks done and the cheese is melted (or almost), remove from heat
