It’s time to #stayhome and with it comes the desire to taste something sweet and fresh.
The problem is that this, often, means ruining the diet with, for example, an ice cream loaded with sugar.
But it doesn’t have to be that way!
In addition to the healthier options that already exist on the market, you can get to work and prepare your own fresh and, above all, healthy sweet desserts.
In this article I’ll give you some ideas of sweet, fresh and healthy desserts so that you can enjoy without feeling guilty!
Before you start:
First of all, it’s important to check if you have the necessary ingredients at home to prepare a healthy dessert at any time.
To do this, buy some substitutes for white sugar in advance:
- Coconut sugar – low glycemic index. Extracted from coconut;
- Maple Syrup – natural sweetener. It’s made from the sap of trees;
- Cinnamon – natural. Sweet aroma;
- Honey – natural. Produced by bees;
- Stevia – a natural plant from Paraguay that can also be found in other parts of the world;
- Dates – fruit.
