We’re back and with another recipe to eat and cry for more! This time it’s a healthy treat to comfort your stomach. In collaboration with Filipa, creator of My Healthy Temptations, here’s a delicious way to save that banana at home that, as she says, is “riper and nobody wants”. So, say no to wasting food with our banana and chocolate chip muffins. 🍌🍫

This recipe consists of several super nutritional products from Zumub and, besides satisfying the craving for a sweet treat, it’s very satiating. Among the products are some that you may already know, since they are super versatile and may have already appeared in other recipes. We are of course talking about our egg whites, flavoured oatmeal, banana whey and walnuts!

Preparation

  • Mash the banana with the almond drink
  • Add the flour, the whey, the cinnamon and the yeast and mix very well or continue to grind
  • Involve the chocolate chips and distribute the batter in the muffin tin, placing a layer of slightly chopped nuts on top of each one
  • Place in a preheated oven at 180ºC until cooked
