To charge: Mix a portion (75 g approx..) In 600 ml of water.
Longer Competitions: Begin loading 3 days before the competition. Drink 2 scoops of Vitargo between meals throughout the day. Keep the same diet.No need to eat more!
As a drink during training / a match: Mix one serving (75g approx..) In 800-1000 ml of water and take small sips during the competition.
For Recovery: A portion mixed with 600 ml of water or milk immediately after training.
Preparation: Mix the product with 200 ml of water. Shake vigorously for 1-2 minutes and add the remaining water until getting the desired volume.
