To drink a shake simply mix 1 scoop in 150-200 ml of cold water in a shaker. Shake vigorously for 3 seconds and ready to drink. Or, you can add it to your favourite recipe. Take between the main meals and always after exercise to keep your muscles fed for hours. Drink 7 to 8 glasses of water a day.
