I want to confirm when to use the product is it after training or befor ?

Whey proteins are best used as a post workout supplement so it can fuel you with the protein and amino acids you need for your muscle growth and recovery. That being said, you can if need to use it as a pre workout as well but the protein absorption will not be so efficient in your body.
