Not only do I make shakes with my powder,my wife also uses it in baking alternative healthy cakes and cookies. I'm diabetic and must limit my sugar intake and this product is perfect plus it tastes delicious ????

Delivery took a few days. As for the quality, I like everything about it: the light consistency, the pleasant banana flavor, and it mixes well in a shaker. I always mix it with milk and get a great shake. I haven't noticed any negative side effects after consuming it. The only thing I don't know is the actual protein content; I hope the manufacturer is being conscientious. As of this writing, I've already received my second order from this manufacturer. It's also the banana-flavored 100% Whey Isolate, but this time a 2-kilogram bottle, and a black shaker. Next time, I'll try a different flavor.
