Directions

Take 1 tablet a day preferably before bedtime. In case of need you can take another one.

WARNINGS :

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balance diet and healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle is essential as also a varied diet. keep away from children's reach. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the constituents. Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg of EGCG or more. Should not be consumed if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. It should not be consumed during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or by persons under 18 years of age. Do not take on an empty stomach.

Store in a dry place below 25 °C. Store away from light, heat and humidity.
