Accompanied by a good diet and intense training, the weight gain has been brutal, from 63kg to 75kg in a little over 2 months, logically so much increase has not been "clean", I have gotten a bit of a belly, but for the people who have a hard time consuming the calories necessary to gain weight is a great help. I'm very satisfied with the result.
