The Zumub is operated by a company based in Portugal and follows the Portuguese law. All content and products marketed are allowed in Portugal. We do not warrant that the content or goods sold are allowed in other countries. By placing an order you agree to the following terms of sale. All orders are subject to availability of products in stock, price confirmation and acceptance of your order.
To place an order, you must be 18 years old and agree to provide true data enabling the processing of your order successfully.
When placing an order you will receive the summary by email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order, but recognition of your buying interest. A sale contract is only established when you receive a email notifying that your order has been sent.
Zumub is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from a delay in the delivery of the order, including lost profits or results. In case of a delay in delivery, the value of compensation can never exceed the amount paid for shipping.
We reserve the right to not accept orders for any discretionary reason.
Although we take steps to ensure that all information such as pricing, promotions and stock availability is accurate, errors may occur. If an error related to the availability in stock or price of your order is detected, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If you have already paid for the order, you will receive a complete refund.
Prices are subject to change at any time and without notice. To get the latest prices you may have to refresh the page, and these are valid except for error or computer input. Exchange rates may allow prices to vary frequently.
Zumub developed the Price Match Program to guarantee your satisfaction and ensure you always get the lowest price on your purchases.
Price matching is done on a product basis: the products must be new and identical (with the same GTIN/EAN/barcode).
The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase in both stores.
Sales, promotions and any other kind of temporary price changes can't be matched.
Charges and conditions of delivery are considered in the final price. Please fill the form completely before requesting a Price Match.
We compare prices with hundreds of websites. However, we cannot match prices of low notoriety websites, stores resorting to tax evasion schemes or selling products of doubtful origin and authenticity, or products sold by third parties, eg. Fnac, Olx, Ebay, etc.
The price match should be requested on the product page, by filling the price-match form.
We will analyse every request in 48 hours and notify you of the results by e-mail. If the price match is successful, you will receive a discount coupon by e-mail, to use during the checkout. For the Price Match to be valid, you need to receive this coupon before placing your order.
We reserve the right to refuse a price match if we feel it does not represent a like-for-like comparison, or if the competitor is selling at a price below the real market cost.
At any time, Zumub.com reserves the right to revoke any and all benefits of Price Match if it is found that a customer has attempted to or has violated or circumvented the Price Match Terms & Conditions. Zumub.com reserves the right to exclude the participation of users deemed as misusing the price match program erratically and / or abusively. All decisions are final and cannot be disputed.
Zumub offers several payment methods depending on your address. Except cash on delivery orders (available only in Portugal and Spain), orders will only be sent after receipt of the total value of your order.
For payments through bank wire, the customer is solely responsible in guaranteeing that the full value of the order is received by Zumub.com. If there are commissions, fees or other charges applied by your bank, or foreign exchange rate changes that impact the received value, or if the received value is not the same as the order total value, Zumub.com may refuse to send the order. We recommend that you contact your bank for further clarification, especially if you are living in a country outside the European Union and/or which currency is not the Euro.
Orders placed by Credit Card / Redunicre are shipped on the same business day when incurred until 2 PM GMT and next business day if made after 2 PM GMT. All placed orders will have stock available, unless a system failure occurs. If there is failure of the system, your order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.
You can pay quickly and securely with your PayPal account or your debit/credit card without sharing your financial information with us. PayPal Express Checkout allows you to pay without signing up in Zumub. Just log in at PayPal and we will get your shipping address from your PayPal account. However, if you choose to pay with PayPal at the end of the checkout process, your shipping address will be overwritten with the one you enter in your order.
New customers are entitled to use the coupon "NEW" when performing a first order under the following conditions:
Customers with finished orders can invite one or more friends through the link www.zumub.com/refer. For each purchase made by the invited friend, from the link or with the inclusion of the coupon at checkout, he receives up to 10% discount in Zumub products and the customer who invited him receives 5% commission on the value of the sale. The customer who made the invitation receives the commission value up to 24 hours after the friend's order status changes to "Delivered". For the programme to be valid, the unique invitation coupon must be used during checkout. If the coupon is not used, no credits will be generated. This programme cannot be used in conjunction with the Affiliate Programme.
You will not be awarded credits if you invite people who register using the same name, or use a pre-existing address, telephone number, IP or record in our database. Only one entry per person is allowed. Valid only for orders over €10. Zumub may cancel and remove credits without notice if misuse is detected. The decision on granting credits or not is up to Zumub.com and it is final and cannot be disputed. Zumub.com reserves the right to exclude the participation of users deemed as misusing the referral program erratically and / or abusively.
