I bought to try it. Really enjoyed. Replaces sugar perfectly. It has no strange smells or flavors to mix (such as Stevia) and is very good for pastry. But you have to use a little more than normal sugar. Erythritol approximately has 70-80% of the traditional sugar sweetness.
