MASS GAINER: As a supplement, consume 150g 1-2 times a day. Mix powder with 500ml of milk, water or your favorite beverage. Consume between meals and always post workout.

CREATINE: Add one and a half medium scoops (5g) to 400ml of water. We recommend 5g daily, best taken with your pre or post-workout shake.

MULTI VITAMIN + MINERAL: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule per day, in the morning.
