Directions

Isotonic +BCAA Pack: As a supplement, consume 80g per training session, 1-2 times a day. Mix powder with 1000ml of water. Consume during workout, or as suggested by a healthcare professional. Multi Vitamin + Mineral Pack: As a supplement, take 1 capsule a day, or as suggested by a healthcare professional. Ride Energy Bar Pack: - Consume 1 bar within 60 minutes before sport and / or; - During sport, consume up to 90g carbohydrates per hour depending on intensity and duration. 1 PowerBar RIDE delivers about 25g carbohydrate; - As part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
