Zumbu seeks the best solution, the most economic, fast and safe way to ship your orders. We gladly accept orders from all around the globe. To receive the exact information regarding your order shipping rate please create an account with us and log in. Once you start the check-out proccess you will receive the shipping rates for your order, which will vary according to destination and weight.
All orders confirmed until 2 PM GMT are shipped on the same day. Orders are only shipped after confirmed receipt of values (instantly in the case of payment by credit card or PayPal). All products available on our site are for immediate delivery!
All the orders have a tracking code (except for super-saver* deliveries) so you can track your order. When your order is sent you will receive a email with the tracking code and estimated delivery time.
For orders up to £30 shipping starts at £3.99.

Orders are shipped with Yodel and delivered within 5 business days. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, Yodel may leave your parcel with a neighboor or in a safe place; if none of these options are available the courier will make until 3 delivery attempts in the following days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number so you can track your order online.

✝ Orders to Bosnia, Liechenstein, Norway and Switzerland may be subject to customs and duties, which are to be paid by you.
For international orders (outside of European Union), shipping starts at 3.70 Euros for orders of up to 500 grams. You'll be able to see the shipping costs of your order on the Checkout page before making a purchase.
Estimated delivery time for non-European countries is 20 calendar days. However, due to Customs procedures and other circumstances outside of our control, the actual delivery time may vary.
All orders have a tracking code so you can track them en route, except for super-saver* deliveries (all delivery options are made available to you when making a purchase). When your order is shipped, you'll receive a notification email with a tracking code. If no one is home when the order is delivered, you'll receive a notice to pick up your order at the nearest post office.
* In the case of super-saver deliveries there is no tracking code or insurance. Zumbu is not responsible for loss or damage to theses items during shipping.
For some countries an Express Delivery option with DHL is available. The delivery with DHL takes 3 working days. Due to customs and inspections the actual delivery time may vary.
In order to speed up the delivery we request that you insert your Tax Number in the field "Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order" in the Shipping Information page, during the Checkout Process.
Please make sure that the delivery address is correct. You may also have to pay customs and importation taxes. If the address is incorrect or you refuse to pay the custom duties, and the order is returned to us, you will be charged for the return cost (which has the same value as the shipping cost). If the order is returned, you will only be refunded the value of the products, deducted of the value of shipping and return. If the value of the shipping and return is higher than the value of the products, we will not be able to issue you a refund.
Zumbu follows shipping protocols rigorously. However, since the laws around the World are always changing, it's not possible for us to keep up with all the laws in every country at all time! It's the client's responsibility to know if the products they order are legal in their country. When in doubt, it's best to clarify things with the Customs agency in your country.
Zumbu aims to protect your privacy by sending your orders in the most discreet way possible. However, you should be aware that you may have to pay customs tax on your order.
Fortunately, cases of clients needing to pay additional taxes are rare, and international customers frequently repeat orders with us due to the wide variety of products and low prices.
You may cancel your order until you receive the confirmation e-mail stating that your order was sent without any charge. If payment has already been made, we will refund the amount in full.
If we have already shipped your order, you may return to us upon receipt, and we will issue a refund of your order value minus shipping costs.
WARNING: If you received a product that has been damaged during shipping, please DO NOT THROW ANYTHING IN THE TRASH. Please contact us as soon as possible to schedule a return. If you throw out the products, it will not be possible to proceed with the return, so it will not be possible to issue a refund.
We guarantee the satisfaction of our customers. If for some reason you are not satisfied, do not hesitate to contact us. We will try our best to solve any problem.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return the goods up to a maximum of 14 days of receipt. We will refund the order value less the shipping charges within 5 working days after receiving your order back.
The products can be returned to the same address, and within the specified time. Please be aware that we will only accept returns in perfect condition, with intact security seals and no signs of having been used. We do not accept returns of products that have been opened or used. Products purchased in our Outlet store can not be returned.
If there was a mistake on our part, if a product was exchanged or if the product is received in poor condition please contact us so you can return your products. Upon receipt of the goods, we will issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
