Directions

Dissolve 1 measure (30g) in 200ml of water. Take 1-2 servings daily. Depending on your needs, take 1-2 servings daily, preferably during and after training.

It says 3x lab tested which was important for what I was using it for because I meeded to know the heavy metal values. I requested multiple times the lab results and did not get it which makes me suspect it as just a marketing label with no real backing. Since as advertised it failed to suit my purpose as advertised I am giving this rating. I cannot use it for what I wanted.
