As a supplement, add 30 g to 300 ml of water or other beverage of your choice and shake well. Take 1 serving 1 to 2 times a day. Consume between meals and after intense physical exertion.

I have been using this protein for two years now. It is high quality and easy to mix in water. I personally like it better than protein from whey. The strawberry flavour is mild and good.

Great flavour, not a synthetic taste that coats your mouth. I drink it made with hot water at bed time as well as cold water and it works well. I have tried some other brands and they are often too sweet or go lumpy and don't disolve. Great product and a good price.

I have tried many protein powders and this one is my favorite, the taste of chocolate is so natural because it contains actual cocoa powder, it mixes well in water or plant based milk. I have also tried the Pea protein from this brand and its also good but i prefer the taste of the Pea and Rice protein powder
