Directions

As a supplement, add 30 g to 300 ml of water or other beverage of your choice and shake well. Take 1 serving 1 to 2 times a day. Consume between meals and after intense physical exertion.

Vegan high quality protein

I have been using this protein for two years now. It is high quality and easy to mix in water. I personally like it better than protein from whey. The strawberry flavour is mild and good.
