Directions

In a glass, add one serving (30 g) to 250 mL of hot water (no more than 70°C). Mix well with a spoon. The creation of foam when you stop stirring is a normal, natural process.

Great boost but too sweet

Honesty? This is just a perfect pre-workout for me! Caffeine is really strong in here, high protein rate and low calories - you get a complete protein shake with coffee. Highly recommend it! The only problem - tastes too sweet for me. I have a sweet tooth but even for me this product is already on the edge
