Mix 1-2 slightly rounded scoops with 250ml (8oz.) water or skim milk. On training days take a minimum of two servings daily, with one dose within 45 minutes after training and other between meals. For best results, use a blender or shaker bottle. For athletes who train with higher levels of intensity, the survey showed that more protein is needed. Consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day through a combination of high protein foods and protein supplements.
