Directions

Mix 30g (approximately 1 scoop) with 180 - 200ml water or skimmed milk until a smooth even consistency is achieved.

High quality protein. Depending on your goal if want to gain more weight take more serving but for lean muscle one scope 1 hour before training and 2 after workout.
