Recommended daily dose: 1 serving per day - depending on the body weight is suggested that the following dosage product to the weight of 75 kg - one dose 6 g, 75 kg - 90 kg - one portion 12 g, greater than 90 kg - 1 portion of 18 g of the approximately 30 minutes before your workout. The serving size for a given weight can be modified according to individual needs, planned exercise intensity and sensitivity to the product. 1 batch of 6 g (10 units = 1/4 = 1 level scoop tablespoon) dissolved in 100 ml (3 OZ.) of water. Portions of 12 g and 18 g respectively dissolved in 200 ml (7 oz.) and 300 ml (10 oz.) of water. Consume directly after preparation.

Do not exceed the recommended daily servings for consumption during the day. High caffeine content (300 mg/ 1 portion 18 g = 95 mg / 100 ml). Not recommended for children, pregnant and lactating women. The product should not be taken during, breast feeding and by patients with heart conditions, hypertension and hypersensitive to any of the constituents of the preparation. Permissible lumping of a product does not affect quality of the product. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
