It is a good training booster, even if you have a job that requires you to be active and physically exhausted, it can also help you since it is a pre-workout that does not make you too nervous. Its flavor is very acceptable and it dissolves well, it does not cause stomach discomfort either, which is essential for me. For me it would be among the best I have tried and I have tried many for 20 years.
