Here at Zumub we provide several payment methods for your convenience and safety.
Please note that some payment methods are global (for every country), while others are specific to a country. To ensure a payment method is accepted in your country please create an account and start the checkout process. You will view the available options during the second step of checkout (Payment).
We accept VISA and MasterCard
This is the recommended payment method, as it is instant. This means that as soon as you pay and confirm the order, it will be proccessed.
3D Secure
All the transactions are 3D secure, which means that the client identity is verified through additional challenges, and then validated to ensure the card being used is legitimate. This way, you are better protected against fraud. This protocol is offered by Visa (Verified by Visa) and Mastercard (SecureCode).
How to pay with credit card
During the second step of checkout ("Payment"), you can choose the credit card payment option. When you select this option, a form with the required details will be displayed for you to fill it. Once filled you can click "Continue". Due to 3D Secure, sometimes it is possible that a popup requesting an identification will be displayed.
If your credit card is declined, the 3D Secure popup does not display correctly, or any other error occurs, we will not be able to accept your payment with credit card. If this happens, please choose another payment method, such as PayPal.
Please note that for your safety, we use a fraud-detection system, that may be triggered if your order is unusual. In this case, our team will contact you to validate your order. This process may take 48-72 hours. If we don't receive a reply from you within 5 days we will cancel and refund your order.
Zumub only accepts payments in Great Britain Pound (GBP) in the United Kingdom and Euros (EUR) everywhere else. If your credit card has another default currency please check with your bank if conversion fees may be charged.
PayPal is a global online payment method.
PayPal is instant. This means that as soon as you pay and confirm the order, it will be proccessed.
How to pay using PayPal
During the second step of checkout ("Payment"), you can choose the PayPal payment option. When you select this option, an additional box will appear, allowing you to save the details for a faster checkout on your next order. If you would like to save the details, select this box. Then click continue and confirm your order.
You will then be directed to PayPal website, to make the payment. Once the payment is finished, you will be returned to Zumub, where your order is registered and a confirmation e-mail is sent to you.
Please note that there may be restrictions for some countries and/or products. If PayPal option is not visible during checkout, please select another payment method. We recommend credit card.
By selecting this option, you will receive an email with the details (IBAN/SWIFT) of the bank account where to deposit/transfer the value of the order.
Please send the payment proof to the e-mail of the order confirmation so we can better identify your payment.
For banks within the European Union, your payment will take 1 business day to be confirmed. For banks outside the European Union, the payment may take up to 1 week to be confirmed.
The order will be shipped the same day the payment is confirmed.
Note: The products are reserved for 5 days. If the payment is not received during this period, the order will be cancelled.
When choosing payment on collection, you will pay for the order at the moment of delivery.
The payments must be made with cash. Credit/debit cards or bank checks are not accepted.
We reserve the right to cancel cash on delivery orders, or block this payment option, if there are previously undelivered orders, any suspicion of fraud, or for any other reason. In this case, we request that you select an alternative payment method.
This payment method is only available for Portugal (Continent) and Spain (Peninsula).
Please note: The cash on delivery service has a fee of €1.90.
When completing your order, a Multibanco reference will be generated. You will receive this reference in the order confirmation email.
Multibanco payments can be made through the Multibanco ATM Network or through your Homebanking.
To carry out the payment in an ATM, you should select the option "Payment of Services/Purchases" and insert the entity, reference and value.
The order will be shipped on the same day if the payment is made before 2:00 pm on a business day. Orders paid after this hour will be shipped the next business day.

This is an e-commerce payment system used in The Netherlands, based on online banking. This payment method allows you to do a direct and real-time online transfer from your bank account.
This is an online payment method and works based on online banking. It can take 0 to 3 business days for the payment confirmation to be received by us. All transfer data is carried over automatically so that you only need to enter the Sort code along with the usual online banking details, and finally confirm to authorize the transfer.
We will receive the confirmation of the transfer within 3 business days and will dispatch the goods as soon as it happens.
This payment method is exclusively for clients residents in Brazil. Boleto Bancário is a debit authorization in the client's bank account generated through our website.
It is only generated at the moment of purchase and can’t be reprinted or consulted afterwards. If you lost the payment details please make a new order.
The products are reserved for 5 days. If the payment is not received during this period, the order will be cancelled.
During the second step of checkout, you can choose the MbWay option. When you select this option, an additional box will appear, allowing you to insert the mobile phone number. Then click "Continue" and a payment request will be sent to your phone.
Once the payment is confirmed, the order will be processing and you will receive a confirmation email.
If there is an error with the mobile number, the checkout page will appear again, so that you can re-enter the number or select another payment method.
If you choose to refuse the payment request, the order will be automatically canceled.
