Mannose and cranberries: interestingly, these natural products can yield poor results when taken individually, but significant benefits when combined, as if their simultaneous administration "activates" them. Instead of propolis, or in addition to it, it would perhaps be better to combine high-dose vitamin C and lactic acid bacteria such as L. rhamnosus to "compete" with pathogenic bacteria.
