In the course of routine analysis, the PSA value of the prostate was beyond the recommended limit. I purchased Pygeum & Saw Palmetto from "Now", and the effects were almost immediate. I stopped feeling the pressure I felt in the prostate, which was a great relief for me, and the difficulty in urinating improved a lot. I haven't had any new tests yet, but from what I'm feeling (without any sign of pressure) I'm sure the PSA values have dropped. I highly recommend it to anyone suffering from the same problem. 5 star product.
