Directions

Take one tablet (GREEN blister) per day, plus a capsule (PINK blister) per day. Swallow each with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. To be taken on a full stomach.

As Pregnacare contains vitamin K, if you are taking oral anti-coagulants (blood thinners) do not take Pregnacare except on the advice of a doctor. Vitamin K is not known to specifically interact with the action of aspirin or heparin. This product contains iron, which if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C in cool dry place away from sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Hi, i noticed that in pregnacare is no calcium. Would calcium not be benefic to be taken during pregnancy? Thanks

Calcium is important during pregnancy, but the daily amount of this mineral can be easily reached through food. In case of increased need, it's better to ask the advice of a doctor. Pregnacare Plus contains all the essential minerals and the vitamins.
