Directions

TWO (2) PREGNACARE BREAST-FEEDING TABLETS PER DAY, PLUS ONE (1) OMEGA-3 CAPSULE PER DAY. Swallow each with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. To be taken on a full stomach. Can be started at any point after childbirth, and used for as long as required during and after breast-feeding.

WARNINGS :

As with other food supplements seek professional advice before using if you suffer from food allergies, and consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have an underlying medical condition, or if on medication. As Pregnacare contains vitamin K, if you are taking oral anti-coagulants (blood thinners) do not take Pregnacare except on the advice of a doctor. Vitamin K is not known to specifically interact with the action of aspirin or heparin. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. This product contains iron, which if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Store in a cool dry place away from excessive heat, moisture, or sunlight, below 25º C. Keep out of reach of children. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
