Directions

To assess your tolerance, for the first day, take 1 capsule once daily. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor. Then, take 3 tablets twice per day with your meals. Take this product daily. Consume at least 3 liters (1 gallon) of water per day.

This product contains shellfish and beef derived ingredients. Before ingesting this product you should consult your doctor if you are not aware of your current health status or if you have any medical condition including, but not limited to diabetes, high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmias, stroke, diseases of the heart, kidneys, liver or thyroid gland; anxiety, history of seizures, depression, any psychiatric ailment, pernicious anemia or other blood disorders, prostate enlargement. This product is intended for adults 18-50 years of age only. Do not take this product if you are pregnant or nursing. I bought this product for the first time and I am very satisfied. The product is definitely the US version, for example zinc can 30mg, in the description it is 25 mg. So better! The other dosages are fine too. MSM, etc. ok. Top product I can absolutely recommend this product.

Before he took several tablets, but most have esteorato of magnesium, and at the end at the end of the day, and the weeks I don't know how much you have taken. This product tb has it but saving me the take other 2 tablets of other products as well that better.

This multivitamin has two variants, the normal (USA) and the european. Should be referred to which the variant of the multivitamin to be sold, for thus, it is believed that the variant is the normal (USA). I bought this multivitamninico and came to the european version that has a list of ingredients much more reduced than the american variant, which has been my displeasure.
