Estou acabando o primeiro frasco e já comprei outro com mais cápsulas, pois tenho taquicardia e tive a indicação que seria muito bom para diminuir esses episódios e além que melhorei o meu sono e também diminuiu a minha ansiedade. Nunca mais tive taquicardia, não esperava que fosse assim tão maravilhoso, já q o médico falou que só a partir do terceiro mês iria ter resultados. Show super recomento!
I'm finishing the first bottle and I already bought another one with more capsules, because I have tachycardia and I had the indication that it would be very good to reduce these episodes and besides that I improved my sleep and also decreased my anxiety. Bom dia desculpa minha ignorância, gostava de tentar perceber melhor está informação abaixo, sobre este magnésio malate, caso eu faça a ingestão de 1 capsula por dia, qual vai ser o minha ingestão total diário de magnésio? Por exemplo eu entendi que estão separados ali na descrição no entanto normalmente vem descrito a ingestão total, poderiam esclarecer me melhor obrigado. Malato de magnésio 693mg Magnésio 180 mg

Segundo a minha pesquisa, o magnésio combinado com o dimalato é a melhor opção. Pena não terem embalagens maiores. Deve ser por causa das promoções.
