Eu uso este produto e dosagem (detalhe importante) há mais de 6 anos. É excelente para reposição de cartilagem nos joelhos. Comecei a tomar quando mal conseguia andar, ou descer do autocarro. Hoje, com 54 anos, tenho uma vid anormal, caminho bastante e nao tenho dor.
