Llevo un tiempo utilizando este combo de Glucosamina y Condroitina de Reflex y la experiencia está siendo muy positiva. Lo que más destaco de este producto es que incluye ambos ingredientes en formas sulfatadas (aportando 1800 mg de glucosamina y 750 mg de condroitina por dosis diaria), que es precisamente la combinación con mayor respaldo para la protección del cartílago y la reducción de molestias articulares. El envase trae 90 cápsulas y, tomando la dosis recomendada de 3 al día repartidas con las comidas, tienes exactamente para un mes de suplementación. Las cápsulas tienen un tamaño estándar que no da problemas al tragar y, en mi caso, se toleran perfectamente a nivel estomacal. A nivel de resultados prácticos, tras unas semanas de uso continuo se nota una clara disminución en la rigidez, en los crujidos articulares y en las típicas molestias por desgaste después de días de mucha exigencia física. Teniendo en cuenta que por unos 13€ tienes el tratamiento para un mes completo bajo una marca con certificación de calidad como Reflex, la relación calidad-precio es excelente. Una compra totalmente recomendable, tanto si lo buscas como apoyo preventivo o para un mantenimiento a largo plazo.
