Directions

Dissolve a single serving of the product (1 g) in 100-150 ml of water or juice in a shaker. Please use the measuring cup included in the package (1 ml). Take one serving 30 minutes before the training.

I recommend this product to anyone who needs to protect their joints. I have wear and tear on the spinal discs, and with continuous use of this product I have seen immense improvements in the hydration of the discs. Furthermore, with a daily dose of 1g, this 210g package lasts more than 200 days (almost 7 months).
