Directions

One tablet per day with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Only to be taken on a full stomach. This product can be continued for as long as required. Always read the product directions before use.

WARNINGS :

A general multivitamin is not necessary in addition to this product. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. As with other food supplements, if you are on medication, being treated for a medical condition, pregnant or nursing then please consult your GP or health care practitioner.
