Vraiment efficace contre la fatigue due au stress, fait disparaitre les inflammations, équilibre les hormones, j'en prends une demi-petite cuillère quatre fois par jour. Ashwaganda est nettement plus efficace que le ginseng et un peu plus efficace que la poudre de maca.
Really effective against fatigue due to stress, takes away the inflammation, balance the hormones, and I take half a teaspoon four times per day. Ashwaganda is significantly more efficacious than the ginseng, and a bit more efficient than maca powder.
