Esta Rhodiola está a um nível muito próximo da melhor (que é a da NOW Nutrition!) Boa concentração e com o mesmo efeito adaptógeno e regulador de cortisol. Associado ao Magnésio, noto que potencia ainda mais os seus benefícios. Depois de ter experimentado algumas de marcas inferiores e ter ficado insatisfeita com a concentração baixa e fraca qualidade de revestimento das cápsulas (pois algumas chegam a desfazer se muito rápido no estômago causando náusea, azia, enfim! Foi o caso da Rhodiola da Prozis) já experimentei de quase todas as marcas e vale muito a pena esta! Bom preço, e óptima qualidade!
This Rhodiola is very close to the best (now NOW Nutrition!). Good concentration with the same adaptogen and cortisol regulating effect. Associated with Magnesium, I notice that it further enhances its benefits. After having tried some of the inferior brands and being dissatisfied with the low concentration and poor coating quality of the capsules (as some get to break down very quickly in the stomach causing nausea, heartburn anyway! It was the case of Prozis Rhodiola) already I have tried almost every brand and it is very worth it! Good price, and great quality!

Já estou na segunda embalagem , já tinha comprado uma na prozis mas não senti muito efeito, comprei 2 aqui e botei melhora na ansiedade, estava com dificuldades para dormir , e acordava muito estressada , passei a tomar a noite lá pelas 20:00 depois da minha última refeição , os pensamentos ficam mais tranquilos, durmo bem e acordo bem disposta . Recomendo . Comprarei mais unidades quando voltar a ter stock.
I'm already on the second pack, I had already bought one at prozis but I didn't feel much effect, I bought 2 here and my anxiety improved, I was having trouble sleeping, and I woke up very stressed, I started taking it at night around 8:00 pm after my last meal, thoughts are calmer, I sleep well and wake up in a good mood.
