Recomendo muito para quem sente o cérebro cansado e alguma ansiedade/nervosismo diários.
I highly recommend it for anyone who feels brain tired and has some daily anxiety/nervousness.

Lo sto usando da circa tre settimane,non ho più l'ansia generalizzata durante il giorno e sopratutto la sera, la notte dormo bene. Se la mattina sto bene non lo uso,non da dipendenza come xanax e citalopram e lavora come i farmaci anche se è un integratore naturale. Direi soddisfatto.
I've been using it for about three weeks, I no longer have generalized anxiety during the day and especially in the evening, I sleep well at night. If I'm fine in the morning I don't use it, it's not addictive like xanax and citalopram and it works like drugs even if it's a natural supplement. I would say satisfied.
