E un adattogeno eccellebte, anti stress, ha un sapore amaro basta mettere un cucchiaino nello yogurt alla frutta e diventa piacevole. Consigliatissimo.
It is an excellent adaptogen, anti stress, it has a bitter taste just put a teaspoon in fruit yogurt and it becomes pleasant. Highly recommended.

Se nota una mejora en los entrenamientos a partir de la primera semana, un buen suplemento si necesitas un poco más Recomiendo probar, eso sí en polvo sabe muy muy mal pero se puede con ello sin problema
You can see an improvement in your workouts from the first week onwards, a good supplement if you need a little more. I recommend trying it, but in powder form it tastes very very bad but you can handle it without any problem.
