NOW GABA is the 750mg is the best quality available with consistent results. I've been buying this for 15 years and have no intention of looking elsewhere.

I was recently diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and found that the prescribed medication had many adverse effects. This GABA gives me a nice feeling of background calm and also I feel more energy because my brain is not hampered with worry. I took the 750mg. It is not a strong effect but it does help.
