Directions

Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 500 ml (1/2 of a liter) of boiling water. Stir until powder is well dissolved. Add 250ml (1/4 liter) of cold water and stir again. Place in a mold and refrigerate until it becomes consistent. Soak the mold in warm water for a few seconds. Slowly release the gelatin using a spatula. Carefully turn the form back onto a plate.

Delicious, the kiwi aroma is really very well done and precisely tangy. I would say this is perhaps the most successful jelly in the entire Condi gelatin zero range.
