Dissolve all the pack’s content in boiling water (500 ml)

Ingredients: Gelatin (74%), Aroma, acidity regulators (fumaric acid, sodium citrates and citric acid), colorings (carmines and indigotine) and sweeteners (sucralose and acesulfame K)

Directions

Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 500ml (1/2 liter) of boiling water. Stir until powder is well dissolved. Add 500ml (1/2 liter) of cold water and stir again. Place in a tin and refrigerate until consistency. Soak the mold in warm water for a few seconds. Slowly release the gelatin using a spatula. Carefully turn the shape onto a plate.

It doesn't have a very strong blackberry flavor, but you can't ask for more from a zero-calorie gelatin; it's very tasty.
