We recommend rinsing the Buckwheat it 2-3 times then placing it in a pot, generously covering with water and heating on a medium-high heat. After 15-20 minutes all the water should be absorbed and the Buckwheat will be cooked. About 50g dry weight should be enough to provide an accompaniment to any meal.
Once opened store in a cool, dry place and use within 6 months.
