Facendo una ricerca ho scoperto che il guggul dà molti benefici alla tiroide... Lo assumo da diversi mesi e devo dire di essere molto soddisfatta, dalle ultime analisi evince che la mia tiroide sta funzionando bene, come se non soffrissi di un ipotiroidismo cronico. La mia endocrinologa diffida da questi integratori perché non è stata fatta nessuna ricerca scientifica, non sa dirmi se i benefici da me ottenuti siano legati all' assunzione di questa capsula, io però viste le analisi del sangue meravigliosamente positive, continuerò ad assumere il guggul, tra l'altro questo prodotto è conveniente anche nel prezzo.
