Directions

Recommended daily intake: Depending on the progress of training and individual needs 2 - 4 capsules 30 minutes. before exercise. Do not exceed the recommended daily servings for consumption during the day.

WARNINGS :

Contains caffeine. Do not consume with other caffeinated product on the same day! Do not use before bedtime or during the immediately preceding hours before sleep. In addition, the product is not to be used during nursing, pregnancy planning, in case of circulatory system diseases or in case of hypersensitivity to any formula ingredient.
