ZUMUB offers several types of coupons for different purposes to their customers. They are:

• Direct Discount Coupon
• Accumulation Coupon (STASH/CASHBACK)
• Referral Coupon

The use of coupons is not cumulative, and it is not possible to use more than 1 coupon at a time or accumulate discounts over products that already have direct promotions.

These are promotions that are presented in the form of codes, which when used, apply a direct discount on your shopping cart.

To benefit from these, before clicking on Go to Check Out:

• Type the discount code
• Click on ‘Apply’ to reflect the direct discount.

The validity of use for this type of coupons is specific for each campaign and is subject to the conditions announced.

These promotions allow you to accumulate balance in a form of a coupon, to use in a future purchase.

To benefit from these, before clicking on Go to Check Out:

• On the Shopping Cart, click on Have a discount coupon? Click here
• Type the discount code
• Click on ‘Apply’ to reflect the accumulated balance that will remain in coupon.

The validity of these coupons may vary between 30 and 90 days after their activation. This information is shared together with the restrictions applicable to all balance accumulation coupons. You can find the generated coupons and their validity in the “My Account” area, under “My Coupons”, after the order has been shipped.

The generated discount coupons can only be used once, and the maximum credit that can be accumulated per customer per week is €80.

Note: The brands to which these coupons apply are communicated together with the restrictions applicable to all balance accumulation coupons. Cashback on the Zumub brand cannot be used on Zumub brand products that are in the “Opportunity” section. All other mentioned conditions remain unchanged.

Accumulation coupons cannot be used on orders with cash on delivery as the payment method.

The referral coupon is, essentially, a direct discount coupon.

What are ZumubPoints?

ZumubPoints are incentives that we offer so you can earn free products!

How do I earn ZumubPoints?

There are several ways to earn these points:

• When placing an order with us, ZUMUB offers 3 ZumubPoints for each euro (1 €) spent on products that you purchased. ZumubPoints are earned with the purchase of any produt at ZUMUB store.
• You can earn more ZumubPoints by commenting on the products purchased at our store. If the comments are in accordance with our rules, they will be approved and published on the website. You will receive 20 ZumubPoints for each approved review.
• If the comment is popular and receives positive votes from other customers, you also earn 5 points for each positive vote.

How to use?

ZumubPoints can be exchanged for products at the moment of placing an order, or accumulated in for future use. When you save your points, you can exchange them for more valuable products. To use your points, after placing items in the shopping cart, a catalog will be presented on the same page below, where you are informed of the total of ZumubPoints available in your account and the products that you can receive for them. Then, simply click on the product you want to exchange and it will automatically be added to your shopping cart, without any costs! If you see products in gray in the ZumubPoints catalog, it is because you don’t have enough points to exchange for these products. If you remove the products from the shopping cart before completing the order, the corresponding ZumubPoints will be returned to you.

Where can I see my points?

You can see the history of the use of your ZumubPoints in the corresponding tab in your ZUMUB account. To do this, simply login and click on the tab with customer name and select the "ZumubPoints" option. On this page, you can check how many ZumubPoints you have earned with each order and how many ZumubPoints are available in total.
