Directions

Mix 1-2 servings with any liquid to prepare a shake. Use 350 ml (12 oz) liquid per scoop and shake vigorously! 100% Casein Complex is ideal when meals are too far apart for some reason, or before going to bed. If you use pre- and intra-workout nutrition (protein or amino acids), it may be preferable to include Casein as the main post-workout protein. Use this product in conjunction with food as part of a healthy, balanced diet, not as a substitute for such.

I used this product for over a week now. I take 1 scoop 1hr after work out and 1 scoop before bed. It gave me that extra push in the gym, moved all my weights around 5kg up after the first week. Also less ache in the morning! It tastes great as well
