Directions

Take 1 capsule a day before going to bed on an empty stomach with water. Do not exceed the daily dose recommended.

Pregnant or lactating women, those taking anti-depressant medications (like SSRI's or MAOI's), or those with liver disorders consult your health care professional before using this product! L-Tryptophan may cause drowsiness! Keep out of children's reach. Because before tod a greeting will speak them a little of this product I had problems sleeping and I woke up made a very tired disaster request to Zumbu group opinion because for me it was a problem which had advised me this product along with another that gladly I put it here itself is 5-HTP's goal nutrition I usually take one capsule of each product in the evening before sleeping I now sleep great rest stop and I get up very relaxed for me work and fulfills its mission is more I will try to not greetings missing me now and above all and thanks to Zumbu group for their dedication towards the customer and their good products and good price, I hope have helped a bit with this greetings to to@s and try it really works...
