Directions

Dissolve 1 serving (8g, 2 shallow spoons = 2 full spoons) in 300 ml of water. On training days take two servings 15 minutes before training. On rest days, take two doses.

Shady business practices make for a sub-par product

I've used this supplement for a few years, and was generally happy with it. However, BioTech implemented a "new formula" (with a callout on the label) a while back: I did not remember to check whether the overall composition of the product had changed. Recently I had a look, and found that while the product price remains the same a) the amount of creatine per dose is now 3g, when it was 5g (a 40% decrease) and b) the dose, which used to be two even measures with the included scoop, is now "8g", which translates very roughly to two overfilled/heaped scoops with the same tool. In short, BioTech has made a reasonable product objectively worse by making it harder to dose and, more importantly, by heavily cutting the amount of actual active compound, while keeping pricing the same. I will be changing supplements, and probably won't buy BioTech products again.
