Zumub Tofu Natural is a perfect vegan alternative to meat that is rich in protein and can be used in as many variations as your imagination can only prompt.

The way we cook our tofu resembles the preparation process of conventional cheese. Tofu is often demonised as ‘bad’ foodstuff due to the fact that very often soybeans it’s made of are genetically modified.

To make our Tofu Natural we use only top quality GMO-free soybeans that are a product of organic farming. The soybeans are then boiled and the curds are separated from the whey to be later pressed into cubes.

Use Zumub Tofu Natural as its nickname ‘soy cheese’ suggests - place on a toast, cook creamy sauces or add to soups and salads. Whichever way you choose, it will enhance the taste and nutritiousness of your dishes.
