Comecei a tomar este suplemento a causa da tendinite e, depois de um mês, as dores diminuíram até desaparecer. Ajuda também a manter uma pele mais firme e cabelo mais saudável. Collagen and hyaluronic acid with strawberry or lemon flavor, easy to dissolve in water and with a pleasant taste. I started taking this supplement because of tendinitis, and after a month the pain subsided until it disappeared. It also helps maintain firmer skin and healthier hair. I am satisfied with the results and recommend this product.
